Service payments and refunds
HealXpert Physio offers physiotherapy consultations and treatments. Payments are generally non-refundable due to nature of service delivery.
Session cancellations
If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, we may offer a reschedule or credit as applicable.
Unsatisfactory service
If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please discuss with management. We will review on a case-by-case basis and attempt to find an acceptable resolution.
Refund request procedure
Submit refund requests via email or phone with full details of service, appointment date, and reason. We respond within 5 business days.
